Dr Thompson was not bad, however I received no treatment schedule, or anything after I left the office. They made an error, and rather than call to fix it, or let me know what was going on, they ignored it. We ended up paying more than we should, as we were told they were in our network, and were not. I would have come for several items myself (I was there with my husband as well being treated), however they were not good at contacting insurance, or giving an concrete information regarding future treatments necessary.There was a complete disconnect between the dentist and the personnel.

About Front Desk: Front staff was a lot of my issue. My guess is the dentist has no idea that his staff lost two patients. While I was in my cleaning with my mouth full, a front desk person came in to say that one of my teeth that had a problem would not be covered, and just stood there waiting for a response. I couldn't speak, and it was a very inopportune time to communicate. I said "ok, so I guess I will have to pay for it?" She just looked at me, then walked away abruptly. Additionally, I came in early (not sure who made the error, but was not upset, just said I would come back later when they said my appt was) and the same woman who walked in while I was getting my cleaning asked for my card. I assumed she meant my insurance card, but she wanted the card with the time to prove I was wrong in the time for the appointment. She was snooty, and there was no issue until she asked for something that was very unnecessary. I had already assumed (out of courtesy) that I could have made the error, so her behavior was just erroneous. I never heard back from them to let me know anything about a schedule, or a cost, or anything to get the rest of what I needed done. I was very disappointed, as like happens often in the medical field, if you have a bad staff, your business suffers. Communication should be key, and someone has to take responsibility for making the client happy. I don't see that so much as it used to be, especially in dentist offices, and I believe that in the long run, we all pay for this...

About Hygienist: I thought she was great. I wish I remembered her name, however I don't, but she was very good, and very nice.
