Due to serious illness I was not able to continue braces on granddaughter when spoke with office about taking them off was told had to wait 3 months til next opening.Even though explain she was in pain and brackets cutting gums.Was told could have another office take them off.But they would charge How unprofessional to have child in pain.Filing complaint.Not helpful just money matters now....My granddaughter in pain for what could be a 20 procedure.
