Dr Jay Patel worked on my two kids, first he did my daughter braces when she was 14 years old, and when she was going to have her 15 year party (quinceañera) he removed her braces so she could look pretty in her pictures, then a week later he put them back, now my daughter is 31 years old and she has a beautiful smile, thanks to dr J Patel. The office was very clean he was always in a good mood, we did use our insurance and pay the balance every month. I did recommend him to my friend she took her 3 kids,Kristy, David and Eric that needed braces and I have to mention that she traveled from Chicago to bloomingdale, then to bartlett

About Front Desk: at the time I took my two kids most of the time Maria helped us, but everyone that worked in the office were really nice and polite
