Dr. Sulc was my general dentist for a few years. I felt that she is knowledgeable in what she does but never really felt confident that she was offering me all of my available treatment options. In addition, the office staff person is not very friendly. He also does the billing for insurance and you must watch what you are paying and what is being submitted to the insurance company. I do not feel that he knew all the ins and outs of the insurance system and was not able to process the paperwork in a timely manner. In addition, I was billed incorrectly several times. Making appointments is difficult simply due to Dr. Sulc's availability and several appointments have been cancelled the day-of. Overall, it just wasn't a very pleasan experience.
