Does not take insurance and very uncooperative when it comes to providing information in order to file insurance claims. Very expensive. I have paid him thousands of dollars for treatment and have yet to get a single penny reimbursed from insurance in large part due to a combination of his inability and unwillingness to provide the documentation requested by the insurance carrier. I have had several procedures that needed to be repeated and was charged full price for work that had to be redone. I have been a long time patient but based on my recent experience I am going elsewhere.

About Front Desk: Worthless. Won't do anything without talking to Dr. Lipps first. Either incapable or unable to help with insurance issues.
