I had a horrible experience at this office. I walked in to the dentist and the receptionist ignoring patients while shopping online (not trying to hide the unprofessional act), I was refused service due to being pregnant even though I revealed this when I made my appointment and although modern technology exists Dr. Hinds-Noel would not allow a doctor release to be faxed to her office from my very willing doctor. The receptionist, Joyce, I think her name is was so unbelievable rude to me I can't believe she is in any form of customer service. On top of all this, when I was leaving after being refused service, I asked the receptionist "How will I be assured you will not charge me for any services?" Her response was and I quote "Once you pass this threshold you are always charged for services" I have an issue with this because no one ever serviced me in any way so how is it that I can't be seen but I can be charged, I ask myself. Needless to say, I am taking the matter up with my insurance company. So beware of these people..I smell scam.

About Hygienist: Dr Hinds returned my call after I threatened to sue in an attempt to reconcile. She informed me I would not be charged. No apology was offered for the way I was talked to or treated. I will never return there and I caution anyone else that does.
