About Front Desk: WORST. I spoke with a woman by the name of Toni who clearly does not understand the meaning of customer service. I 'missed' an appointment and was 'schooled' on how far my hygienst had to drive, the fact I was supposedly called and confirmed I'd be there, however no confirming documentation. There are certainly plenty of other dentists in the area who will accept my Federal Government Employee insurance. I will NOT refer anyone to this office for fear they'd deal with the wrath of Toni. Sorry Dr. Ankowiak, that woman is NOT a compliment to your office whatsoever.

About Hygienist: 5 Stars. She lives in Sterling/Standish area and probably the most gentle hygienist I've ever been too. Very friendly and kind, with a great sense of humor.
