I had a rootcanal done w/ another Dr twice with no success. Come to find out it was done wrong which has been causing me alot of pain. I had so much pain that I called Dr Hoover's office and they worked me in that minute. Dr Hoover had me come in b/c I was in TREMENDOUS pain. He came in after hours just to get me out of pain. That afternoon I was pain free. I went in the next day to finish the rootcanal. I had NO PAIN!!! He explained everything every step of the way. He is my angel. He is very patient and had a great bedside manner.
His office staff is very pleasant and very helpful as well. They did not hesitate to get Dr Hoover on the phone if I needed him. They new I was in pain and did everything possible to make me feel better.
