Recommended expensive crown work on last three visits but held off because of cost, he was not a participating provider covered by my insurance (did not accept what insurance considers reasonable and writes off difference), and thus charges considerably more than what insurance allows. Finally went to spouse's dentist for 2nd opinion. No crown needed! No evidence of cracked tooth from new x-rays! On top of it, was paying for additional, uninsured cleanings for years that he recommended that the new dentist said are not necessary (hmm, at least now). Will say has excellent chair-side manner, nice, personable individual and his actual dental work is probably good, but all that aside, from this most recent experience have to believe we've either had inaccurate diagnoses or not been dealt with with complete honesty and were probably paying for years unnecessary work. Definitely have lost trust and personally cannot recommend.
