About Front Desk: Megan is horrible!. Completely unprofessional and just mean! She continued treating me like garbage even after I explained my TBI condition, berating me over a past due balance continually! Unethical billing practices, and outright lied they were in in network provider, when they are NOT. She hung up on me when I asked for the office mgr, I called back, they hu on me again. My suggestion for her would be to work instead as a repo woman. She lacks all compassion and understanding. Overzealous about "the bill", and just nasty and snarky personality. If you leave the practice, she is likely the reason.
