I have Sjogrens Syndrome. This is known to cause rapid dental decal. Although I need to have extensive restoration done, my concern that day was to hopefully repair one that had broken in front. Dr. Cain barely looked at it. Spent maybe 2 minutes with me. I explained I had Sjogrens and that is why this sudden rapid decay. He snickered and shook his head insisting Sjogrens doesn't cause decay. It does. I names some very reputable sites where he could see for himself. He said he doesn't care who claims it's true, not even the mayo clinic, it isn't. As he walked away he said it would be $300 for the front tooth. I did not want to go back to him. I'm hoping to get my $65 back that I paid for a one min exam and to be insulterd. An awful experience.
About Hygienist: The staff in the office seemed very nice.
