I was referred to Dr Faghih by my dentist because I needed a root canal and he was highly recommended. I was first impressed by the front staff as they were most helpful in scheduling my appointment and also going over my insurance and what my copay would be. When I met Dr Faghih, he was very calm and welcoming. He noticed that I was a little apprehensive about the procedure and explained to me the process of what a root canal was and the reason why I needed it. During the procedure he asked me how I was doing which I thought was very considerate. The procedure didn't take long and I didn't feel pain nor was I uncomfortable. He did ask that I return for a follow up which I did and everything was fine. I was very happy with the entire experience and if I ever needed another root canal then I would definitely go see him again!
About Front Desk: Jessica at the front desk was very helpful in scheduling and explaining my insurance and copay. Everyone was nice!
