I received a lower plate from Dr. Fines office. It doesn't fit i.e.; moves around. They can't fix it. It should of been two implants with the plate. The dentist said that would be better, but basically not necessary, so I went with lower plate only. My upper plate fits fine, so didn't realize it was different than upper. The dentist should of been more adamant about not doing the plate without implants. I am out $3450.00 and they said they wouldn't refund.
They offered to do implants for around $9000.00 plus.
We don't have a comfort level with them anymore.
They won't stand behind their work.
