I think Dr. O'Niel is a nice guy. But when I had an emergency (cut short a vacation and came home) I could not even talk to him (despite the fact it was a weekday & his office was open). The secretary who answered the phone heard my one sentence complaint decided I needed a root canal job and referred me to an endodontist. I found another general dentist who saw me, and I did not need a root canal. Even if I did, I do not like the poor professionalism of secretaries doing diagnoses over the phone.
