I have never written a bad review about a doctor but I feel the need to try to protect other potential patients of Dr. Kossowan. She took a very casual approach to my invisalign and acted irresponsibly including taking an 8 week leave in the middle of my treatment without informing me or any of her patients. She never remembers anything from appointment to appointment and has even forgotten to show up for the occasional appointment I had scheduled. I recommend strongly against choosing Dr. Kossowan.
