Dr. Reddy simply informed me (in a very judgmental tone) that my son has two cavities. There was no discussion of a timeline for addressing the issue. I didn't understand why it wasn't taken care of at this visit (as it was when I was young). She seemed annoyed that I would even ask but not knowing the protocol, I had to. The answer was "Because I have other patients." It was rude and off-putting. Later that day I called back to the office to speak with Dr. Reddy. She barely let me speak and cut me off with "I will not be yelled at." and hung up. I have a witness to the fact that I was not yelling. The arrogance and unprofessionalism of this woman is stupefying. She's not exactly warm towards children, but she's worse with their parents.

About Hygienist: Love the hygienists in this office. Very good with kids, all of them.
