went to this dentist for much needed work. I did not get enough information regarding work that needs to be done. when I called office Giselle gave me a price for total crown than needs to be done despite the fact there is half a crown remaining. i need more information directly from the Dr. suggest office personel let me talk to Dr. Bauer in person. price recept. quoted seems to be ok but I do not need route canal nor entire crown on one tooth. other tooth I just need a filling. got n o price for that either. suggest office trained to give better cs. or turn questions over the dentist.

About Front Desk: need better training. questionable if I will go back due to this. I need more questions answered directly from the dentist. front desk just did not do it.

About Hygienist: had nothing done. cannot rate.

I know this doctor: just met him and nothing but xray done. office said they would call me back. have not heard from them since being there .
