I have nerve damage as a result of Dr. Forsyth's incompetence. She removed fillings from my other dentist on my first visit and I have had nerve damage ever since. I had to have a tooth pulled, a tooth implant, root canal and crown within 6 months of my visit to Dr. Forsyth. I have never had problems with my teeth. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone.
