My family has been seeing Dr. Russell for many years now. I actually look forward to visiting the Dentist, weird huh! Everyone in the office is so warm, loving, and caring, you just feel like part of the family. They are very professional about their work, and they have my full trust. They are very good about sticking to the schedule so you are not waiting around. They remember who you are as well as what's going on in your and your family's lives, you don't feel like a stranger. The dental work is great and they are very gentle about it. I have never returned with a problem, and always know when I walk away, things are good. I can't say enough about Dr. Russell and his staff, they are awesome. I wasn't sure how to rate cost, I think the costs are reasonable, and I have insurance, so it really hasn't been an issue. I don't think he is cheap or overpriced, but I don't think he is trying to get rich or hurting for business either. I guess I wouldn't shop for the cheapest dentist, I would be afraid of what I might get.
