Dr. Bertz is EXCELLENT. Easily the best dentist in the area. He is so gentle and kind- I have no idea what the other poster could possibly be referring to. My entire family has been going to him for years and will continue to see him for as long as we can. Do yourself a favor- see Dr. Bertz.
