Dr. Solomon seemed to be trying to be friendly and funny but his humor was often inappropriate, especially considering my son was present. His chair-side manners were imposing while his treatment style was sloppy and rough. Some examples include quickly coming at me with the novacaine needle in full view, leaking the fluid from the needle onto my arm; stating "I'm almost finished" instead of stopping drilling when I was waving my hands (because I couldn't breathe with all the water collecting in my mouth and spraying up my sinuses); not stopping work even while I was wiping my tongue off with my hand after he got a stinging alcohol-like liquid all over it; pulling my cheek back forcefully with his finger for the entire visit and when my numb mouth closed a little he warned me in a joking tone "don't bite my finger, I'll get you back". I left the office after my filling in pain, with blood still on my cheek, and worst of all, with a filling that was left too high which kept my teeth from being able to close completely. I could not chew until I made an appt with a different dentist the next day and paid cash to have Dr. Solomon's work corrected. My whole experience was very unpleasant to say the least. About Hygienist: Dr. Solomon performed my cleaning himself and was very sloppy, careless, was not thorough, and was rushing through it. I don't think they have a hygienist.
