extremely unprofessional. had a post implanted and ended up with a massive bone infection. because he only uses novacaine, had to endure excruciating pain of lancing infection site, only to be sent on my way with some antibiotics and pain killers. 3 days later, infection was no better , and dr. Cichon wants to repeat lancing process, this time removing post again with only Novocain. he couldn't help me find an oral surgeon that would do this procedure under anesthesia, so I had to find one on my own. dr. Cichon never once conferred with my medical doctor, even though I had a massive infection and am diabetic. no concern for sepsis or other serious complications that could have easily occurred. receptionist must be a 12 year old girl , highly emotional, not able to abide by Hippa (patient confidentiality) laws, telling family on the phone personal information from my chart which is highly illegal. instead of remaining professional and trying to help me get the help I needed, she began to cry!!! yeah, that helped!!!

About Front Desk: can not handle the stress of dealing with angry patients and patient's family members without crying!!!! highly unprofessional, and also does not understand patient privacy laws. should not be giving any info out about a patient without first having written permission from that patient. this is not rocket science!!!
