Howell is NOT experienced. She will not correct or take blame for any problems she caused. I swear she could crack your tooth as you watched and she would react like a little girl and say, "I didn't do it" I also believe her drilling often causes one to require a root canal sooner or later usually sooner. The company Howell uses to make dental replacements & crowns does very poor work which she will not admit to. Howell does not listen to your concerns or care about your satification. Her attitude is like that of a child. Will not correct mistakes and denies them even when right in front of her. I will not go back.

About Hygienist: Felt cleaning was not good. Cleaning was painful they only have very cold water when asked for warm water to be used I was told they don't have any. Cleaning was quick and left feeling like I still needed a cleaning.
