My 7 year old needed a baby tooth extracted. She would not allow me to be present during my son's procedure. I insisted and went in . She said to my child after her received an injectionof novocaine as he was whimpering and crying. "What do you want me to do for you" he shrugged his shoulders and she continued. After the procedure, his mouth full of blood, I asked her if she would allow him to spit out the blood or give me some gauze she turned to me and said "I want him to swallow it" and proceeded to ask me if I had any further questions. I'm an RN and this behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. As a health care provider I would never treat any of my patients in this matter let alone children. She should not be allowed to practice or touch another child. Please take this review in consideration, she will traumatize your child.

About Hygienist: Hygienists are nicer and she was the one that instructed me to be at my son's side and hold his hand. Thank you!
