Every time I've been there I've had to wait at least 20 minutes after my appointed time. The day of I waited over an hour. No explanation, no sorry, just pompous "Dr." Ouanu. More like a butcher. 7 days after my wisdom teeth are out and I'm still in agony. Do yourself a favor and do it yourself...less pain and aggravation.
