They are usually very quick in and out and on time appointments. The hygienist Mary, receptionist Patty, and financial coordinator Susan are wonderful and are always very nice with a smile on their face. They are really great and very understanding with the kids. I would reccomend Orthondontics of Melrose if you are looking for a place where you know you and your children will be comfortable and listened to.

About Front Desk: Both the recpetionist and the financial coordinator always get back to you right away if you call and are really great about working with your schedule and needs for sceduling appointments and paying for the services. You know they really care and are very personable because they are great about working with each person and case individually. Thank you Patty and Susan for being so great and really brightening the office and making it a better place!
