About Front Desk: I was so apprehensive when I made the decision to have braces as an adult again. However, Dr. Ghazinouri and her staff were very kind, accommodating and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. I felt the cost of my treatment was very reasonable when compared to other orthodontists in the area and considering the extent of my problems (bruxism, completely misaligned bite and gum recession). Since I didn't have insurance they set up a montlhy payment plan for me. Scheduling was always easy and the staff sends reminders via email and/or phone. Ripsy, at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Ghazinouri's assistants, Alex and Member, are friendly and professional.
