Visited Dr. Paul K. Marshall, as a new patient. Dr. Marshall had friends waiting in the waiting room for lunch. I made an appointment because I was experiencing toothache pain. The appointment was very rushed and he never took an x-ray. Dr. Marshall is not very thorough and it was apparent that he did not care much about his patient's dental health. I then find out that Dr. Marshall billed my insurance company fraudulently for services he did not perform. When questioned, Dr. Marshall said he did it knowingly as a motivator for me to pay. Interesting strategy -- bill for services you didn't perform and then blackmail the patient to pay! Dr. Marshall was arrogant and I would never visit again.
