Dr Silvestri, orthodontist who charges more then the fee schedule even tho the ortho knows your fee. 3 times with her to correct the amount even when she showed me the schedule. Overcharged $220. Finally got my bill corrected. Dr Silvestri wanted to do surgery on my gums from ortho and dentist for crowns for $750. Said I would get a second opinion and other dentist said it was not needed. Dentist even wanted my husband to go to Dr Silvestri and he refused. His dentist said periodontal treatment not needed. She tries to get all patient in for peridonist work even if not needed.
