I was refereed to Dr. Andrews from a family member who knew of my abject fear of the dental process. My first visit I explained that to Dr. Andrews and he was so perfect in the manner in which he dealt with me and my fear. Explaining all the way along what was going to happen and at what stage of the plan we were at and what is coming next. Perfect. It turns out I am less afraid of dentists than I thought....all along it was the poor practice of dentistry that I disliked. Dr. Andrews was thoughtful, caring and empathetic to my fears but most of all his skill and the skill of his friendly staff never put me in the position of being afraid or uncomfortable. Seriously, as I write this I am preparing for a follow up visit this morning....and there is none of that unease or nervousness that would have been there but for the great work done by Dr. Scott Andrews. Thanks so much to each of you for your care.
