Dr. Bates has been my dentist since I was a teenager, always takes the time to discuss options, never forces you to get treatment and gets me in quickly for emergencies. Although not in my Delta dental plan, I just trust him so much that I am willing to pay the little bit extra for his experienced treatment. Everyone is very friendly, and professional. My kids all go to him - very good with all ages. I highly recommend Dr. Bates.
