Extremely unprofessional, my appointment was scheduled & confirmed for 10 am 3/8/14. i arrived at 9:45 the shutters were still down & office was closed, I waited for 30 minutes anticipating for someone to open the office... Finally I left & hours later a rude receptionist called asking why I no showed to my appointment & I explained to her what occurred & her response was "OH". Never againnnnnn!!
