Let my tell you about my journey. I began this as a scared college girl that has been humiliated by a dentist in the past, (She belittled me, made a snarky comment about how its my bad parents fault and groaned when i asked her to explain the procedure that she was trying to Sell me!) I avoided the dentist for 4-6 years following...and the pain got worse, and worse.... Then i Email HPD with my Concerns. Dr. Eckman HIMSELF responded to my wimpy email with words of encouragement, and a genuine want to help. He is kind, willing to answer questions, Checks in on you mid-procedure to make sure you are OK. Maybe its because he used to be a nurse, but He knows how to read his customers emotions and respond to them. His assistants are mini versions of him Kind, willing to talk and answer questions. They sooth you when the dentist is working on a rough part. Dr. Eckman team could get away with Grand robbery and never get caught by JUST politely asking! Haha That is how nice and in tune they all are.

About Front Desk: Amazing. I dont know how they manage to know who i am whenever I walk in...but its super cool. She answers a lot of stuff and chats about whatever just to keep your nerves calm. No snark, no impatience. Just watch out so you don't get Diabetes from how sweet they all are.

About Hygienist: Very kind. and friendly. Knew how to tell me to floss without belittling me. Almost like a Big sister/aunt that is trying to help. VERY good as what she does.
