where do I even begin, I came into Higley park dental with a great amount of fear being at the dentist. as soon as I walk in the office I felt a little at ease. I sit down and wait to be called back and as soon as one of dr. Eckman assistants came to get me the smile and voice she had was very calming. his assistant Kasie brought me back and just started out getting to know me. Kasie soothed me with her voice and how calm she was talking about how gentle and kind dr. Eckman was. she informed me I could meet Doctor prior to anything happening. that's something I've never had done at a dental office before. usually everyone is in a hurry to get done. Kasie was so good at calming my nerves and held my hand for a few minutes while I started to cry. dr. Eckman is lucky to have such an amazing assistant working for him. I was informed with everything that was going to take place that day from X-rays, to treatment needed. definitely the best dental office there is. just knowing I can feel comfortable with being at the dentist is an amazing feeling. especially knowing I will be in good hands. thanks again Monica
