Recently I saw Dr. Puzey for an implant on my upper right molar.
I was nervous about the treatment, because I never planned on losing
a tooth, let alone needing an implant to replace it! My first appt
was the consultation for the implant. I immediately was put at ease
by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Puzey was very professional
and answered ALL of my questions, so I completely understood
what was going to happen. The next appointment was to have impressions
and a 3D x-ray taken, which took about an hour. 2 weeks later, the day of the
implant placement, I used nitrous, which made the time fly by, and 90 minutes later
my implant was placed! That evening, I received a personal call from Dr. Puzey
to check on me and see how I was doing! I didn't expect it, and really
appreciated it! I saw Dr. Puzey for a post-op appointment
about 2 weeks later (at no charge) and it was already healing
very well. I will see her 1 more time, prior to seeing my general
dentist to get the new crown. I was so nervous at the thought of
having to get an implant prior to meeting Dr. Puzey, and this experience
has been so easy and smooth, that I would recommend anyone
that needs implant or perio treatment to Dr. Puzey and her staff!
About Front Desk: My first phone call to the office, I spoke with Carla, she got all my insurance info and mailed me the forms for me to fill out for my appt. She was very sweet and was able to schedule my first appointment around my work schedule. I met with Theresa for the implant consultation, and she walked me through the processes step by step, and explained my treatment plan to me. Natalia was very knowledgeable about
my insurance, and what it would and wouldn't cover. All of the staff was experienced and knew how to do their jobs well, so that my experience was (treatment wise, appointment wise, and billing wise) was one of the easiest and smoothest I've ever experienced!
