David P. Gordon DMD of Salem and Hollis N.H. willfully used his position, my disabilities and my relocation to victimize
and defraud me of $7500.00 for two sets of dentures he was clearly unqualified to make. They broke 8 times and rendered “useless junk”. David P.Gordon was fully aware of my disabilities yet used them to his advantage. Because of him I went through months of excruciating pain, migraines and infections from wearing cracked dentures that did not fit. Any and all forms signed were from manipulation, duress, distress, desperation, chronic pain, depression, confusion and grieving a family member. David P. Gordon is in direct violation of N.H. Chapters 508, 317-A and 332-1. Dental records requested twice denied both times. The facts of this case are well document and notarized as public record. David P.Gordon has no ethics or professionalism and is not above the law.
