Have not been satisfied with the quality of care that I have received from Dr. Brewster during the past few appointments. I feel he rushes through the appointment. He appears to be working on more than one patient during a designated time slot. He works only 3 days a week now, but appears to be scheduling 5days worth of patients in those 3 days. I feel rushed and at times have been treated rudely if I have asked questions that he didnt want to take the time to answer. My teeth have broken and cracked while under his treatment(resulting in tooth loss), of which he takes little responsibility for. Instead, he became agitated at my concern for my teeth. With the high cost of dental care, patients deserve better. If Dr. Brewster can't provide this, perhaps he should retire. Looking for a new dentist.
About Front Desk: A couple of them had attitudes not appropriate for a dental office. Not friendly at all. Seemed to be more interested in talking amongst themselves than attending to ariving patients.
