Chipped my bonding of 15 years between my front teeth. Dr. Dinowitz from the same office did a cosmetically beautiful and flawless job in an emergency repair. Unfortunately the bonding did not last more than a week. I went back for another emergency and had to see Schechterman. He did not speak to me or discuss what I needed. He immediately started the work on my teeth based on my x-rays and when he was finished the space between my teeth was larger than when I first arrived! When I questioned why he didn't close the space like Dr. Dinowitz did the week before, he argued that the procedure could not be done that way and that he repaired the tooth that was damaged. Without listening to me, he continued to boast of his 37 years experience and that he knew better than the other Dr. with less experience and that I did not know what I was talking about. I told him that I wanted the gap closed and he said it would cost more money and would be an additional procedure. I already had the procedure the week prior and wanted to look the way it did. He was rude, obnoxious and would not complete the procedure that I wanted. I had to make another appointment for Dr. Dinowitz and will see her in two days.
