Dr. Baines is more a businessman, and not so much a "caring" doctor. The administrative staff at the facility - teenagers with major attitudes. Dr. Marshall himself - rude and ignorant. He is far more concerned with his time and money, than he is with the patient's well-being! If you are interested in filling up his pockets more so than your dental health, by all means, utilize this doctor and his facility. If however you are genuinely concerned with identifying your dental prolbems and ultimately, seeking the care that you need, find another Dentist!!! To provide an i.e. - due to continual pain from a prior session (fillings and deep cleaning), I inquired about rescheduling an existing appt for a later date so as to allow healing time for prior work. Dr. Marshall's response was as such: "I came in specifically to do your work, if I had known I would not have rushed in". Do you sense any concern for my pain in this remark? Moreover, he was completely rude and obnoxious about the whole matter. Like I said, find another dentist!!!!
