I went to The Laser Dental Group in good faith, and proceeded to have over $8000 worth of dental work performed. The work was completed late last year. This past week, one of the crowns that were part of the work performed broke. Assuming they would take care of the problem, since the work had just been completed recently, I contacted their office. In speaking to the owner of the business, I was treated very rudely and told they were not willing to be responsible for the work that was done. I am now being forced to seek legal recourse, as they apparently don't take responsibility for work performed by representatives of their office. I would very strongly recommend that anyone considering The Laser Dental Group look at other alternatives. After spending the amount of money that I did, to be treated the way I was is disgraceful.
