His office upsold my wife on some tooth coating for my son. She asked and was assured that it was covered by our insurance at Sandia Labs. It was not covered by insurance and we thought that it was being resolved by his office. It was not and without letting us know they submitted it to a collection agency. We raised the issue with them when we got a collection letter and they promised to take action to remove it from collection. They did not and now I am trying to get this removed from my credit report a year later.
