Dr. Gallagher has a state-of-the-art facility/equipment and is a skilled dentist. His chair-side manner could be improved since he spent no time explaining the work that I needed to have done (I had to ask the hygenist go through the details). Also, he is very expensive. He performed a crown lengthening procedure at the same time that he was doing crown prep work and he charged over $100/minute to do the crown lengthening.
