NOT USER FRIENDLY
Receptionist is aloof, stuffy, snooty & judgmental.
Dr. is rushed, uptight, cranky & unpredictable as to his mood; used to be more personable, charming & better listener; now as he gets older, has poor chairside manner, forgets your family history/details & makes you feel you are encroaching on his time. Prices are high; no discount fees or insurance offered. Office/equipment older, dark, smells, needs to be upgraded; electrical fire in ceiling still smells. Last 3 visits felt uncomfortable; no longer willing to put up with poor treatment. Have switched to new dentist with much more positive outlook, friendlier manners, who makes me feel welcome & thanks me for choosing their office.
