I love Dr. Pastrana. He is awesome. I have never felt comfortable with other dentists, but he really makes patients feel relaxed, and he tries to make the experience as pain free as possible. He always lets you know what he's doing, and is very nurturing. The best!!! he's really the ONLY reason I continue going to this practice. On the other hand, Mary, the receptionist, is a bit witchy. I don't like her at all. She needs to get a job where she does not have to deal with human beings or animals. Maybe a nice bright room with a bunch of computers. Lisa the dental assistant is okay, but she talks WAY TOO MUCH.

About Hygienist: I won't ever go to Lori again because she hurts. Every time I saw her, my teeth bled. She's very rough. She talks too much as well and in that phoney voice, "I really could care less about you, but I'm going to pretend I'm happy." Yuk! The other hygienists are good.
