This doctor would not let me choose the material for my crowns. I have metal allergy, but that didn't seem to matter. It took several calls to have the material I wanted for my crowns. Next, my crown did not fit initially. It took 2 weeks of calling to get the dentist to agree adjust the crowns to my specific bite. There is little recognition of patient's rights and almost no chair side manner. This office is very much about the money. People are secondary.

About Front Desk: Difficult and several billing mistakes. Tried to charge me for 2 oral exams in the same day. This office is very much about the money. People are secondary.
