My theory is, if it isn't broke, don't fix it. Without dental insurance, not many people have the means to do things. For instance, teeth whitening. I don't smoke, I drink one cup of coffee a day. Yes, my teeth are not white but I am not going to spend money to have them whitened. Its not important to me. Also, he has to understand that the patient is the "employer" We are hiring you to do a service and are, essentially, the boss. We will listen to opinions and suggestions but do not come to be lectured like a child.
