As a patient who takes great care of their teeth, and visits the dentist 2 times a year to maintain good oral health, I have to say that this dentist gave me the worse office treatment.
Dr Michaels was more interested in talking with his assistant over her social life than giving me professional care. He was abrupt and insensitive causing me to leave the office with an anxiety attack. He told me I needed root canal on a healthy tooth (to which a subsequent dentist told me was absolutely unnecessary).
Billing was unexplained and incorrect to which I received a surprised inflated bill.
This was the worse dental experience I ever had. I am now with a caring, professional dentist.
