I was suppose to have a permanent brige in the back and crown in the front. I just wanted one crown in the front replaced and he insisted on six. I didn't ever receive a break down of my bill. The dentist wouldn't put the permanent bridges in yet he put on my insurance claim crowns. I never received either and still just have 3 temporary bridges on my upper teeth. Two of my teeth have decayed and are in need of root canal. False claims were made to my insurance and I have took this complaint to the American Dental Association.

About Hygienist: Hygienist which happens to be a woman is very professional. All of the workers are very professional and seem very intimidated by this Dr. Jayadevan. He definitely lacks social skills.
