Dr. Giuliani has zero bedside manner. He and his father are very short with you. Spend no time with you and rarely explain what they are doing. Also, they do not adhere to their agreements with insurance companies. Charged $450 for a filling which my insurance plan said should only be $74. Aetna had to speak with them twice and have them refund my money. And don't come towards the end of the day because Dr. Giuliani will only pop his head in to say hello to you and bye to the staff. Don't keep him there until closing time!

About Front Desk: The women at the front are extremely rude and will argue insurance policies with the Aetna rep! Then hung up on them. If you are looking for some attitude and negativity, definitely see this dentist.
