I met with Dr. Schwartz 6 months ago because I was interested in getting veneers. He told me that he could do a mock up for and e-mail me the pics so I could decide whether or not I liked how they looked. So I decided to pay him the $200 to have this done. He only spent about 5 minutes on the mock up, and it didn't look that great but I was interested to still see how it might look on the pics and to get my family's opinion before making the decision. For 6 months, I called his office requesting that he email me the pics. For 6 months, he ignored my request saying that he was too busy to find them on his computer, and that he'd do it later. He either does not have enough staff to help him, or he is extremely unprofessional with his patients. I paid for a service that he never provided, and I had to fight him just to get my refund back. I would not recommend him, either on a professional level or on the dodginess and lack of carefulness in his treatment.
